Carpet Styles We Install

Cut pile carpet — including plush, frieze, and textured saxony — is the most common residential choice and works well in master bedrooms and formal living spaces. Berber (loop pile) carpet is a durable, practical option for basements, home offices, and stairs, and it's generally easier to clean. Pattern carpets add visual interest to formal rooms and hallways. We work with a range of suppliers and can help you select the right fibre (nylon, polyester, wool, or blended), pile height, and density for your specific space and lifestyle. Households with pets or children benefit from stain-treated nylon options that hold up to heavy use and frequent cleaning.

Quality underpad is just as important as the carpet itself — a proper 8 lb or 10 lb rebond underpad extends the life of the carpet, adds comfort, and improves insulation and sound absorption. We include underpad in all our carpet quotes and don't cut corners on this step.

The Installation Process

We remove and dispose of the old carpet and underpad, inspect the subfloor for any protruding nails or staples, install tack strips around the perimeter, lay the new underpad, and then stretch and secure the carpet for a smooth, wrinkle-free finish.
